Owen McNally reviews guitarist Julian Lage’s debut CD, Sounding Point (EmArcy), in today’s Hartford Courant as a preview to this week’s season-opening concert at New Haven’s Firehouse 12.

The venue’s fourth annual Spring Jazz Series begins Friday, March 20th and continues every Friday night for the next 12 weeks.

Tickets are still available for individual concerts and a season pass to both sets of every performance can be purchased for $150.
